The SW-118 Horn Loaded Subwoofer for Line Array is a high power subwoofer system containing one 100mm voice coil magnet, 18” woofers in a front-loaded, vented enclosure. The enclosure is designed to present a minimum frontal area. The system offers complete input connection flexibility for compatibility with a variety of cabling schemes.c
The enclosure is constructed of top quality birch plywood and coated in rugged finish. the attractive CNC-machined, 16-gauge steel grille is internally lined with acoustically transparent foam to provide additional driver protection and give a very professional appearance.

Worth every penny! I've just finished a product demo of these for my sound company and I'm stunned. Anyone that is looking at the CD series should save themselves the money and go with these. The wooden cabs will give you just a hair more punch in the low end but if you're looking for real low end you should have a sub. These will do great for dj's kj's acoustic performers and even small band rehearsal.
